Excelsior Air LLC

Excelsior Air LLC was founded in 2003 by Jesse Nuschke, who started out repairing and replacing residential systems while working full time as a commercial heating and air technician. It now serves Richmond, Henrico, Glen Allen, Midlothian and Chesterfield. Services include air conditioning and heating repair and installation, heat pumps, boilers, ductless systems, geothermal and air quality products, with commercial work also listed. Maintenance plans keep equipment tuned, emergency HVAC service is available, financing helps with replacements, and the phone line takes requests for a free estimate. The team says its focus on system design often turns up repair options where others have called for replacement. Owner Jesse Nuschke was on site for one customer's heat pump and thermostat installation, and the crew tested the equipment and left the utility room clean. Call 804.305.6015 to schedule.
