Hoffman & Hoffman was founded by Harry and Louis Hoffman in 1947 and became 100% employee-owned in 2016. The Hoffman Family of Companies now spans four companies in the HVAC and building automation industries with offices in four states, serving the Carolinas, Virginia and Tennessee from its Charlotte base. It designs HVAC systems and provides building automation, equipment, parts, training and service, with needs-based service agreements and 24/7 emergency repair service. Its projects include commercial office buildings, data centers, hotels, hospitals and medical offices, industrial and manufacturing sites, schools, retail and universities.
