Chesapeake Controls

Chesapeake Controls has worked on commercial buildings across the Mid-Atlantic since 1985, combining building automation with in-house mechanical service. It installs and maintains Honeywell, Siemens Desigo and Tridium systems, and its HVAC work covers rooftop units, packaged and split systems, VRF ductless splits, chillers, cooling towers and boiler repair and maintenance. Planned maintenance agreements, 24-hour emergency service, and filtration and indoor air quality upgrades are all offered. One customer review describes three mini splits installed in an office with minimal disruption. The work is aimed at commercial facilities rather than homes. Its building automation focus is on lowering operating costs and equipment downtime in commercial buildings across Virginia and beyond. Rated 3.9 from 10 Google reviews, 6 of them five stars and 1 one star.
