Thomas J. Fannon & Sons

Thomas J. Fannon & Sons began in 1885 as a coal and wood seller at Duke and Henry Streets in Alexandria and grew into a heating and cooling company that is still family owned. It made its first oil delivery in the twenties, then moved into oil heating equipment, natural gas appliances and, as central air spread in the sixties, air conditioning. Today it installs and services air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits and gas and oil heating equipment, and it handles conversions, boilers, water heaters and indoor air quality work. Replacements, retrofits and new installations are all part of the work, and free estimates are offered. Separate service agreements cover oil systems and gas and heat pump systems.
